💔 The Deltona Firefighters Foundation extends our deepest condolences following the tragic events that occurred today at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis.
Two young children, just 8 and 10 years old, lost their lives, and seventeen others — including fourteen children — were injured in this heartbreaking act of violence. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims, those who were injured, and all members of the community who are now grieving and seeking healing.
We also recognize the first responders, medical professionals, and community members who rushed to care for the innocent lives affected by this tragedy. Their courage in the face of such devastation is a reminder of the strength and compassion that carry us forward.
In moments like these, we are reminded of the fragility of life. Hug your family, hold your loved ones close, and never take tomorrow for granted. Let us also remain vigilant — if you see something, say something — for together we can help prevent tragedies before they unfold.
